Our hours of operation
Our Standard hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. However, we also understand that sometimes, urgent things come up that can't wait. In these instances, we're happy to take your call outside of these hours.
How we charge
We offer a basic hourly rate charge for our services.
Each week, we send you a statement with i) What date a service was performed, ii) What the service was, and iii) How many hours the service took. This statement is quite detailed, so you know exactly what service you're receiving.

By offering an hourly rate system, you only pay for the time we work for you.
Why use us instead of Employing your own staff
For most Businesses trying to grow, its usually unsustainable to directly employ multiple workers to carry out all of the tasks required. This is because typically, each role you need someone for (i.e Estimating, Contracts Administration, Admin etc), wouldn't fill a full-time role. So it makes sense to outsource this to people like us, where we can do a handful of hours for each specific role, rather than committing to a full-time person.
By outsourcing to us, you benefit in multiple ways. That is to say, that if you Employ your own staff (depending on the conditions), you have to;
- Ensure their legal entitlements, such as not being able to terminate someone without cause
- Pay Workers Compensation
- Pay Payroll Tax
- Contribute to Superannuation
- Cover Annual Leave, Personal Leave, Long Service, maternity, and possibly other types of leave
- Cover the cost of additional office space/rent, heating/cooling, amenities and all other manner of things
The areas we service
We're a remote service business. That means that the majority of what we do is via phone and email. For this reason, we can service anywhere in the World. In fact, we have multiple Clients across the country.

That being said, we also have 2 offices. Our Head Office in Brisbane, and a Satellite office in Rockhampton. So if you require immediate assistance on a job site, we can attend from Mackay (North), down to Coffs Harbour (South), and as far West as Toowoomba, and Emerald.
