CONTRACTS
ADMINISTRATION

When providing Contracts Administration services, we can assist you to;

​

- Ensure the Subcontract Agreement terms are correctly adhered to

- Read, and manage the Scope of Works

- Create the Project Specific Progress Claim form

- Obtain monthly data of works completed, and enter into the Progress Claim

- Attend site to quantify any amounts for the claim

- Compile the claim so as that it meets the requirements of the Building Industry Fairness Payments Act (BIF Act)

- Obtain Subcontractor Declarations to accompany monthly claims

- Submit the claims to the Client

- Review Payment Schedules and adjust the claim amount to match payments received

- Raise and issue Contract Variations

- Collate and total any Day Works sheets, including calculating labour & materials

- Print Defect lists for the site team

- Complete any required Deeds including Warranty, Form 16s, Release

- Manage Retention amounts for both at PC and end of DLP
