Current openings

QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR - (casual up to 20 hours per week)

ROLE

Measuring of projects, primarily the PAINTING trade
Marking up of Drawings
Create Bill of Quantities (BOQ's)

MUST HAVES

Understand the Painting trade
Comprehensive knowledge of Drawing Sets, including how to select the relevant ones, and how to interpret them
Knowledge of Take off tools
Basic knowledge of using MS Excel and MS Word

GOOD TO HAVE

Previous experience with BlueBeam Revu
Specific experience doing measures in the Painting trade

THE DETAILS

This is a casual role of typically up to 20 hours per week.
Candidate to be based in Brisbane preferrably
Opportunity for this to lead to a full-time role (if that's what you want, otherwise it can stay at the 20 hours)
Flexible hours based on your lifestyle
This is a Work From Home (WFH) role. But the view is in 18-24 months, this will likely become an office based role (Brisbane). In the meantime, we'll probably catch up every fortnight or so for a coffee and catch up
Hourly rate negotiable based on experience
Superannuation
Computer provided
We'll probably get you a cake or something on your birthday
