We measure the projects you are tendering on, and then provide a comprehensive Bill of Quantites. For each project you measure, we will carry out the following;
- Download the Trade relevant Drawing Set
- Review all relevant Schedules
- Measure the Trade Specific items
- Create Marked Up drawings for your visual reference
- Create a Bill of Quantities ready for you to apply your rates
PROJECT NEGOTIATION
We can negotiate your Subcontract Agreement, including the terms, price, conditions and clauses. As part of this service we;
- Obtain the draft Contract from the Client
- Review the Subcontract Agreement
- Make recommendations on changes to clauses, terms, rates and conditions.
- Print, Amend, and deliver the signed copy to the Client
CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATION
We Manage the Contract for you including all associated Contracts Administrative Tasks. These include;
- Create BIF Act compliant Progress Claims
- Compile Monthly claims based on works completed
- Obtain Subcontractor Declarations to accompany claims
- Submit claims to the Contractor / Client
- Review Payment Schedules and adjust future Progress Claims
- Raise and issue Variations to contracts
SAFETY COMPLIANCE
We can assist you in meeting your Safety Obligations. This can be through drafting SWMS ready for your review, compiling Safety Data Sheets (SDS's), and assisting to create and maintain Safety Management Plans. Some services we offer;
- Create Project and Task specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Compile Site Safety Folders including Safety Data Sheets (SDS's) for any materials you bring onto site
- Create and maintain Safety Management Plans
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
